Spiritual Health

Involves a deep connection to God, a sense of purpose, and understanding one's place in the larger context of life. It encompasses faith, moral integrity, a relationship with God, and living according to spiritual principles. For Christians, spiritual health is rooted in Scripture, prayer, fellowship, and obedience to God's Word.
Faith In God
Hebrews 11:1-3, 6: "Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of the things not seen [the conviction of the reality - faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experience by the physical senses]. For the [kind of] faith the men of old gained [divine] approval. By faith [that is, with an inherent trust and enduring confidence in power, wisdom and goodness of God] we understand the worlds (universes, ages) we framed and created [formed, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose] by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible. But without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him."
The scripture states that faith is a key component to connect with God, it is the evidence of things not seen. That is a difference between faith and belief, people say that "to see is to believe" but faith is without seeing.

Obedience to God’s Word
James 1:22 - 25: "But proved yourselves doers of [the word who heard the word but fail to internalize its meaning], deluding yourselves [by unsound reasoning contrary to the truth]. For if anyone only listens to the word without obeying it, he is like a man who looks very carefully at his natural face in a mirror; for once he looked at himself and gone away, and he immediately forget what he looks like. But he who looks carefully into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and faithfully abides by it, not having become a [careless] listener who forgets but active doer [who obeys], he will be blessed and favored by God what he does [in his life of obedience]."
We cannot only just listen to the word, to keep a healthy and active relation with the spirit God we must act upon the word. For acts fulfill the faith (James 2:14-19). We must obey to keep our spiritual health active.

Prayers
1 Thessalonians 5:16-19: "Rejoice always and delight on your faith; be unceasing and persistent in prayer; in every situation [no matter what the circumstances] be thankful and continually gift thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench [subdue, or be responsive working guidance of] the [Holy] Spirit."
To keep our spiritual life alive we must keep praying; to give thanks always. For this is one of the works that God has willed and is good to the spirit.

Worship and Praise and The Fellowship with Fellow Believers
Hebrews 10:23-27: "Let us sieze and hold tightly the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is reliable and trustworthy and faithful [to His word]; and let us consider [thoughtfully] how we may encourage one another to love and do good deeds, not forsaking our meeting together [as believers for worship and instruction], as in the habit in some, but encouraging one another, and all the more [faithfully] as you see the day [of Christ's return] approaching. For if we go on willingly and deliberately sinning after recieving the knowledge of the truth,, there no longer remains a sacrifice [to atone] for our sins [that is, no further offering to anticipate], but a kind of awful ang terrifying expectation of [divine] judgment and the fury of fire and burning wrath which will consume the adversaries [those who put themselves in opposition to God]."
The verses elaborate on the importance on church gatherings. This is important for the church reminds each individual the care and needs of their spiritual life. Therefore, it helps and aids our spirit. It alson states to help each other and to care for each other in the activeness of the spirits.

Repentance and Forgiveness
1 John 1:6-10: "If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness [of sin], we lie and do not practice the truth; but if we [really] walk in the Light [that is, live each and every day in conformity with the precepts of God], as He Himself is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another [He with us, and we with Him], and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin [by erasing the stain of sin, keeping us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations]. If we say we have no sin [refusing to admit that we are sinners], we delude ourselves and the truth is not in us. [His word does not live in our hearts.] If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just [true to His own nature and promises], and will forgive our sins and cleanse us continually from all unrighteousness [our wrongdoing, everything not in conformity with His will and purpose]. If we say that we have not sinned [refusing to admit acts of sin], we make Him [out to be] a liar [by contradicting Him] and His word is not in us.
We must admit that we have sin so that we would have no sin. It is difficult to understand how it works with the knowledge of man (1 Corinthians 1:18-21, 25). It is through the will of God that we are made blameless but we must admit our sins to be so.
